Crop Production

Crop production is where AKEMO Ventures began, and it remains the core of our business. At our farm in Zirobwe, Luwero District, we cultivate maize commercially and manage the full cycle of land preparation, planting, crop maintenance and harvest.

Our focus is disciplined farm management: good agronomic practice, careful supervision and steady improvements to the land and infrastructure that support each season.

As production matures, we are developing reliable routes to market for our produce and building the operating experience that will support diversification into new enterprises.
