How the farm operates

  • Current agricultural activities

Commercial maize cultivation — land preparation, planting, crop maintenance, weeding and harvest — managed by our farm team.

  • Production development

We are improving agronomic practices, record-keeping and input management to raise productivity steadily over successive seasons.

  • Irrigation & water systems

Reliable water is central to our plans for horticulture and poultry. We are assessing water sources and irrigation options suited to the site.

  • Farm workforce

Our farm provides local employment. Work is organised under on-site supervision with clear responsibilities and routines.

  • Security & operational management

The site is managed with appropriate security and supervision. For safety reasons we do not publish details of our security arrangements.

  • Land & infrastructure

Infrastructure is being developed in stages — access, storage and produce handling first, followed by housing for planned poultry operations.
